sipXphone - Open Source SIP Softphone

Important note: sipXphone is deprecated and succeeded by sipXtapi and sipXezPhone. Therefore, you should not expect any new features to be added to sipXphone and bug fixing might be very sporadic.

sipXphone is a Java based SIP softphone. The software was originally developed for the Pingtel xpressa SIP harddphone and was later released as a softphone. The functionality and user interface are largely identical. A hardware abstraction layer was used to port from the original VxWorks operating system to Windows.

Note: Version 2.6.0.27, currently available for download on the SIPfoundry Web site, does not include STUN support. The code is available in the svn repository, but I assume something went wrong building the current binary. Please post on the sipX-user mailing list if you have any suggestions.
